Terms of Service
Last updated: 27 August 2026
These terms apply to the use of zorgen.tech and to conversations with a support assistant operated by Zorgen Tecnologia LTDA, Brazilian company number (CNPJ) 30.164.142/0001-55, on a client company's WhatsApp. The Portuguese version of this document is the legally binding one.
What this document is, and what it is not
This is a usage term, not the service agreement. A company hires Zorgen through its own instrument, and whatever that instrument says prevails over this text in the relationship with that company.
The support assistant
Zorgen provides the platform; the company serving you under its own brand is the client company. When you talk to the assistant, you are being served by them.
- The assistant answers with the help of artificial intelligence and can be wrong. Anything about amounts, deadlines, tax documents or legal obligations must be confirmed with the company before you act on it.
- The assistant's answer does not replace advice from a qualified professional, whether an accountant, a lawyer or anyone else.
- When a matter needs a person, the conversation is handed to the client company's team.
- Restricted documents are only delivered after identity verification, in the form defined by the client company.
Acceptable use
By using the site or the assistant, you agree not to:
- attempt to obtain someone else's documents or information by impersonating another person or company;
- send unlawful or abusive content, or content that infringes third-party rights;
- automate bulk messaging, probe for vulnerabilities or interfere with the operation of the service;
- use the service for a purpose other than the one the client company made it available for.
Breaching this may lead to the automated service being suspended for that contact.
Availability
We work to keep the service available, but it depends on third parties such as WhatsApp's infrastructure and cloud providers. There may be interruptions for maintenance or from failures outside our control, and we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. The assistant being unavailable does not interrupt the client company's usual contact channels.
Intellectual property
The Zorgen brand, the assistant software, the site content and the material published on the blog belong to Zorgen or to those who licensed it to us. Blog content may be quoted with attribution and a link to the source. Everything else may not be copied, modified or redistributed without written permission. The client company's content and documents remain theirs.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Zorgen is not liable for indirect damages, lost profits or lost opportunity arising from use of the site or the assistant, nor for a decision taken solely on an automatically generated answer without the verification described above. Nothing here removes rights granted to consumers under Brazilian law.
Privacy
How personal data is processed is described in the Privacy Policy, and deletion requests are covered on the data deletion page.
Changes, governing law and contact
These terms may be updated, and the effective date at the top of the page indicates the version in force. Brazilian law applies, and the courts of Zorgen's registered seat are elected for disputes that cannot be resolved otherwise.
